Order Processing

Thanks for shopping with us! Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your details within minutes.

We know you're excited to receive your items, so we aim to process and ship most orders within two business days. During busier seasonal periods, please allow up to three business days for us to get your package headed your way.

As soon as your order is processed, we’ll send over a follow-up email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey!

Domestic Shipping

We partner with USPS and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely.

• Orders over $75 (before tax): Shipping is on us! These orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage at no extra cost to you. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
• Orders under $75: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and distance from our location in Union City, CA.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we hope to expand our shipping horizons in the future!
