Refund policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of our return policy.
We offer a 7-day return policy, which allows you to request a return or exchange for damaged or unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Unopened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging, as received. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, and a clear photo of the item's condition is required. Approved refunds will be issued for the full order amount, less return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for 1) all return shipping expenses and 2) that the returned product(s) arrive safely to us.
Each case is reviewed individually, and we will do our best to provide a timely and satisfactory resolution.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@speed64.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted only if the item has not yet been shipped or entered production. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return Exemptions
The following good are not accepted:
- Items removed from their original packaging
- Items that have been tampered with
- Gift Cards
- Digital Products
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy, at our sole discretion.
